Why this doesn't include holidays
Public and company holidays vary enormously by country, region, and even individual employer — there's no single "correct" holiday calendar to bake in without making assumptions that would be wrong for a large share of users. This calculator sticks to the one universal rule (Monday through Friday counts, Saturday and Sunday don't) and leaves holiday subtraction to you, since you know your specific calendar.
